I’ve met with Jim and Lew a bunch of times (only met Mark on the phone). I think that they are bunch of pros there. Nice gig.

Rackspace has a swagger about them hard charging and competitive but they understand the notion of adding value whether lower prices and higher support.

I’m excited to see Cloud group kick butt.
