What you can see, and I agree with you about ROI being critical path to all this SM stuff,  is that companies using social media to foster open and honest communication between consumers and the company will benefit the most from Twitter and Facebook et. al.The corporate Twitter account that has little or nothing to say besides, &quot;New blog post here.&quot; and &quot;Daily Link Specials Here&quot; is missing the point completely.
