@Chad . . . Toyota claims they have yet to have had one battery replaced on any of the Gen II Prius’s.

They’re remarkably reliable cars and their cost of ownership is a fraction of even the TDi VW’s.

If you’d like, I can send you a cost break down in average ownership costs. . .

They’re also much cleaner for emissions.

I’m happy to back all of this up, but I’ve got to jet right now

excellent choice… I have been driving a VW Jetta diesel. Did they say anything about when the battery needs to be replaced?
The question has been keeping me away from the hybrids, because I hear after 4 years you lose all mileage. Not sure if that is true but that is the rumor.

Hey Michelle,

I’m so happy you love your new car . . . I knew you would like it if you gave it a chance.

After putting some thought into this subject, I’ve come to the conclusion that Hybrids are the future of cars and I’m currently trying to help many of our clients move to these options when they are available and make sense for their lifestyles.

It amazes me how people do not think about how much driving a thirsty car affects their budget.

Switching from a Tahoe to a Prius, will save the average family over $2500.00 a year. . . . add that up over a child’s life and that’s one very good college education covered.

yeah you are true one should always try how to minimize the proportion of CO2 in atmosphere. Everyone should make their car serviced properly on time to time so that your car will give you sufficient average which will minimize oil demand and reduce air pollution one more thing to cope of from air pollution one should try to grow more and more trees. I have implemented this and want everybody to do so. Thnx

I bought a Honda Civic Hybrid last year and I know exactly what you mean. I love rarely filling up the gas tank and how dependable it is.
